End of Period Intro
Validate then review procedures and daily charges ready for creation of invocies and export to Xero
The End of Period feature allows you to quickly generate invoices for all procedures and movements performed up to a selected cut-off date all from the screen in three simple steps. Admins and Managers can access via Financials> End of Period.
1. Check Validations: Review, complete, add or delete procedures and movements from each tab.
This is your chance to ensure all movements and procedures have been properly logged before billing.
2. Check Transactions
From this screen, you can:
- Review each transaction
- Add new transactions if needed
- Skip unwanted entries
- Delete incorrect entries
- You’ll also be able to identify if any transaction that needs to be reallocated or miss billable contacts before invoicing.
3. Review Invoices
Final step, you’ll see a summary of the invoices to be created:
- Review total amounts
- Check line items for each contact
- Confirm everything is accurate before proceeding to invoice
- Once confirmed, invoices are ready to be generated and sent
