Add a new other fee

Select Add from the main screen under Settings/Services and Products. 

• Type - select Other Fee
• SKU - Stock Keeping Unit - if known
• Name - Name of Product/service
• Description - describe what the product/service is or used for

Select Next

• Unit of Measure
  • Each
  • Day
• Sales Unit - enter the unit of measure amount
• Sales Account Code - the account the cost is posted to
• Tax Rate - inclusive or exclusive of tax
• Price - tax and total automatically calculated
• Base Price - automatically calculated
• Invoice description - what needs to appear of the invoice for the billable contact

Select Next 

Review the details entered for the Product. If errors are found select Previous and make changes. If the information is correct, select Save to add the new Product.
