Add Procedure

Add a Procedure via;

• Quick Add menu - + in top right-hand corner next to user profile
• Schedule/Procedures view - select Add Procedure
• Horse list/More option - Allows multiple horses to be selected to add procedures. 
• Horse/Procedure tab - Under an individual horse, select Add Procedure

All options, except when under an individual horse, allows for multiple horses to be selected when adding a procedure. Procedures can also be added to a contact.

To add a procedure, select the Add procedure option

Billing type - Horse

• Select 
  • Horse(s)
  • Service: Procedure from drop down list
  • Billable checbox (if unchecked no transaction will be created)
  • Status
  • Due or Completed date depending on status
  • Practitioner - optional
  • Repeat after completion - if a business rule has been applied to a procedure it cannot be repeated when adding to a horse. To repeat a procedure
    • Select interval - Day, Week or Month
    • Every - how often to repeat for the interval e.g twice a day, once a week etc. Choose a number from the drop-down list
    • Until - set a date for the last time the procedure is to be repeated
  • Quantity and cost will be prepopulated from Procedure. Can be changed
  • Add any notes relating to the procedure - optional
  • Upload a file - optional
  • Select
    • Save & Continue - saves the procedure and allows another procedure to be entered
    • Save - saves procedure and returns to the procedure view
    • Cancel

• Select
  • Contact 
  • Horse - optional
  • Service: Procedure from drop down list
  • Billable checbox (if unchecked no transaction will be created)
  • Status
  • Due or Completed date depending on status
  • Repeat after completion (refer to details above)
  • Quantity and cost will be prepopulated from Procedure. Can be changed
  • Add any notes relating to the procedure - optional
