Add Movement
Add a new location and/or a new status for daily charges
When a horse is being moved to a new property or a new status and their daily charge will be changed this can be done via
Select Add Movement. Select whether the movement is to an internal location or if the horse is leaving the farm and going to an external property.
Internal Movement
- Select the horse(s). if in the horse profile, the name will be auto populated
- Date the horse is moving
- The location the horse is moving to - only locations set as Internal will be in the list
- The facility (if there is one) - this can be any facility linked to the location selected. Examples of facilities are barns, boxes and paddocks
- Select the status - this is the daily charge that will be applied to the horse e.g. training, spelling
- Day Rate will be added from the rate entered when the Location status was set up under Settings/Services and Products
- Add any notes about the movement - optional
- Select Save to keep changes. Daily charge and location will be update effective from the date entered.
External Movement
- Select the horse(s). if in the horse profile, the name will be auto populated
- Date the horse is moving
- The location the horse is moving to - only locations set as External will be in the list
- Departure - Permanently Departed OR Temporarily Departed
- If Permanently departed , you can choose to archive the horse
- Add any notes about the movement - optional
- Select Save to keep changes
