Using filtering
Filtering is available on various lists to allow specific information to be selected
If filtering is available on a list, it will appear inside the tables header as shown below:
To use filtering, select the filter icon from the column you would like to filter the list by then select the options that match your requirements. More than one option in the table can be selected. The view will then only display the options that were selected in the filter list.
More than one column can be filtered and will be highlighted in blue when selected. If after the original filter the view needs to be narrowed down more, select the next column filter and select the appropriate options. The view will be filtered further down to the options that have been selected.
To remove the filters, select Reset X
